Holiday in the Grove, NFP (501c4) Service Project
“9th Annual Holiday Craft and Vendor Show”

Applications are now being accepted by the Holiday in the Grove, NFP Crafter/Vendor Committee. Our show is open to both CRAFTERS AND VENDORS. However, we will be limiting the amount of booths with similar items to make it fair for everyone.

The specifics are as follows:

Date of Show:   December 7, 2019   

Time:                 9:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m.

Location:           Kaneland John Shields Elementary School
                           85 Main Street
                           Sugar Grove, IL  60554 

Booth Size:        Approx 10’ x 10’

Fee:                     $40.00 (non- refundable after contract is accepted)
                            Plus a Donated Raffle item ($15 Value)

Electricity:         Very limited ~ will be available on a first come first-basis, 
                             or an additional fee of $5.00.

Tables:                 You provide your own tables & linen. Maximum of three 8’ tables.

Capacity:             40 booths

Set-Up:                 Friday, December 6, 2019 • 7:00-9:00 p.m.
                              Saturday, December 7, 2019 • 8:00 a.m-8:45 a.m.

Tear Down:         Not before 2:00 p.m.
